An extra discount for the people who show up for the rest of us.
Law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs and paramedics, military — active, reserve, or veteran — and healthcare workers get 10% off any service, including pet waste removal. On dog walking or pet sitting, if you’re also a recurring client it’s an extra 5% on top of the recurring discount, for 15% off total. Pet waste removal plans are already priced at their best recurring rate, so Heroes is 10% off the plan price there, not 15%.
A quick look at a work ID, badge, or proof of military service is all it takes. Discounts come off the visit or plan rate. Fees and surcharges are charged in full.

Tell us what you need. We’ll send you a link to set up your account, where you add your pet’s profile and sign your service agreement online. Then we meet you and your pet, free and with no obligation, to go over your pet’s profile and set up home access. Pet waste removal starts with a free quote.
Requests sent before October 13, 2026 join the Early Access List, and we’ll reach out by October 8 to book your meet and greet or quote. Same form either way.
